[F10 (5A) In subsections (2) and (5) above, “reporter” means the Principal Reporter or any officer of the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration to whom there is delegated, under section 131(1) of the M1 Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 any function of the Principal Reporter under this Part of this Act or under the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975.]
