7In section 36(2), for the words from the beginning to " section 35 of this Act" there shall be substituted the words " Subject to the said sections 84A, 84B and 84C, the authority by whom a designation order is made may by order make such provision as may appear to that authority to be necessary or expedient for regulating or restricting the use of any parking place designated by the order ".
