[F16U.K.In subsection (1) of section 16 of the M1Allotments Act 1922, for the words from “taken” onwards there shall be substituted the words “taken, to exceed the receipts of the council under those provisions by no greater amount than would be produced by a rate of 0·8p in the pound”; and section 75 of the Local Government Act 1929 (increase of certain statutory limits) shall not apply to the said section 16 as amended by this paragraph.]
