34 Orders and regulations. E+W+S

(1) Any power to make F1 . . . regulations conferred on the Minister by this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument; and any statutory instrument made by virtue of this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

(a) make different provision for different circumstances;

(b) provide for exemptions from any provisions of the F1 . . . regulations; and
