Atomic Energy Authority Act 1971

23 Financial provisions

There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided—

(a) under section 4(1) of the [1954 c. 32.] Atomic Energy Authority Act 1954; and

(b) under, or in respect of expenses incurred under, section 24 of the [1965 c. 57.] Nuclear Installations Act 1965.
