X12U.K.In section 1 of the Judicial Factors (Scotland) Act 1889 for the words from “No” to the end substitute “ The principal civil service pension scheme within the meaning of section 2 of the Superannuation Act 1972 and for the time being in force shall apply in relation to the accountant and the said clerks as it applies in relation to persons to whom section 1 of the Act applies ”.
