99 Meetings and proceedings of local authorities. E+W
The provisions of Schedule 12 to this Act shall have effect with respect to the meetings and proceedings of local authorities [F1, joint authorities, [F2police authorities established under [F3section 3 of the Police Act 1996]] . . . F4] and their committees, parish meetings and their committees and community meetings.
