F1 Sch. 5 paras. 1–3 repealed by Law Reform (Parent and Child) (Scotland) Act 1986 (c. 9, SIF 49:8), ss. 10(2), 11(4), Sch. 2

4 In section 16(2)(b) of the M1 Maintenance Orders Act 1950, after sub-paragraph (vi) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—

“(vii) an order for the payment of weekly or other periodical sums under subsection (3) of section 11 of the Guardianship Act 1973;”.
