64In paragraph 5(2) of the Schedule to the Commonwealth Secretariat Act 1966, for the words from " contributions are required to be paid " to " liable to any contribution " substitute " contributions or premiums are payable under the enactments relating to national insurance and social security, but the foregoing provision shall not be construed as rendering a person liable to any contribution or premium ".
