122 Penalties for offences under Part XI.U.K.
A person guilty of an offence under this Part of this Act shall be liable—
(a)on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding £400 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both;
(b)on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
