209 S In section 20 (local inquiries), in subsection (1)(b), for the words “subsections (2) to (9) of section 355 of the M2 Local Government (Scotland) Act 1947” there shall be substituted the words “ subsections (2) to (8) of section 210 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 ”.
