12[F1Boundaries Scotland]S
(1)There shall be a [F2commission to be known as Boundaries Scotland which is to carry out the functions conferred on it by or under this Act or any other enactment.]
(2)The provisions of Schedule 4 to this Act shall have effect with respect to [F3Boundaries Scotland].
