Parks Regulation (Amendment) Act 1974

(1) This Act may be cited as the Parks Regulation (Amendment) Act 1974.

(2) The M1 Parks Regulation Act 1872 and the M2 Parks Regulation (Amendment) Act 1926 and this Act may be cited together as the Parks Regulation Acts 1872 to 1974.

The Parks Regulation Act 1872 shall have effect subject to the amendments set out in the Schedule to this Act.
