X1 [F1 6 E+W+S In section 3(1)(b) of the Public Health Act 1936 (under which an order constituting a port health authority may, among other things, assign to the authority any functions conferred on a local authority by that Act) after the words “this Act” there shall be inserted the words “or the Control of Pollution Act 1974”.]
