SCHEDULE 5 E+W+S Death Certificates in connection with Payments referred to in Section 72

9 The M1 Statutory Instruments Act 1946 shall apply to a statutory instrument containing regulations made for the purposes of this Schedule and of Schedule 1 to the M2 Industrial Assurance and Friendly Societies Act 1948 in the same manner as if it had been made by a Minister of the Crown.
