10 Supplementary provisions for Part I. E+W

(1) The following bodies are local authorities for the purposes of this Part of this Act, namely,—

(a) the council of a county,

(b) the Greater London Council,

(c) the council of a district,

(d) the council of a London borough,

(e) the Common Council of the City of London, and

(f) the Council of the Isles of Scilly,
