Explosives (Age of Purchase &c.) Act 1976 (c. 26)

2 Citation, extent and commencement. E+W+S

(1) This Act may be cited as the Explosives (Age of Purchase &c.) Act 1976, and this Act and the M1 Explosives Acts 1875 and M2 1923 may be cited together as the Explosives Acts 1875 to 1976.

(2) This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.

(3) This Act shall come into force at the expiration of one month beginning with the date of its passing.
