4 U.K. In section 17 of the 1973 Act (which relates to offences)—

[F4 (b) in subsection (6) (which penalises an officer of a body corporate for an offence committed by the body with his consent or through his neglect) after the words “this Act” there shall be inserted the words “or the Price Commission Act 1977” and at the end of the subsection there shall be inserted the words—

“Where the affairs of a body corporate are managed by its members, the preceding provisions of this subsection shall apply in relation to acts and defaults of a member in connection with his functions of management as if he were a director of the body corporate”;]
