National Health Service Act 1977

[F1 F2 1 E+W+S A [F3 Strategic Health Authority] shall consist of—

(a) a chairman appointed by the Secretary of State;

(b) not more than a prescribed number of persons (not being officers of the [F3 Strategic Health Authority]) appointed by the Secretary of State; and

(c) a prescribed number of officers of the [F3 Strategic Health Authority] .]
