8An industrial tribunal hearing an application under [F1section 161, 165 or 166 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (application for interim relief or arising out of order for interim relief)] may consist of a President of Industrial Tribunals, the chairman of the tribunal or a member of a panel of chairmen of such tribunals for the time being nominated by a President to hear such applications.
