1 In section 1(1) of the [1961 c. 27.] Carriage by Air Act 1961 (which provides for the Warsaw Convention as amended at The Hague 1955 to have the force of law in the United Kingdom) after the words " 1955, as " there shall be inserted the words " further amended by provisions of protocols No. 3 and No. 4 signed at Montreal on 25th September 1975 and ".
