22For section 5 substitute the following: —
“5Paragraphs 2, 3 and 7 of Schedule 1 to this Act shall have effect; and the enactments specified in paragraphs 10 and 11 of that Schedule shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in those paragraphs”.
