195In section 29(3) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1979 for " section 52 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1952 " substitute " section 59 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 " and for " section 53A of that Act" substitute " section 62 of that Act ".
