57 Non-appearance of both parties. E+W

[F1 Subject to other provision made by Family Procedure Rules for the purposes of family proceedings in any magistrates’ court, where] at the time and place appointed for the hearing or adjourned hearing of a complaint neither the complainant nor the defendant appears, the court may dismiss the complaint.
