13 In Article 10(4) for the words “(2A)(a) or (3)” substitute the words “or (2A)(a)” and at the end add the words “and a person sentenced under paragraph (3) for an offence may appeal in accordance with section 9 of the Criminal Appeal (Northern Ireland) Act 1980”.
