1In section 24(3) of the [1971 c. 78.] Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (by virtue of which a development order may be made either as a general order applicable (subject to such exceptions as may be specified therein) to all land, or as a special order applicable only to such land as may be so specified) after the words " such land " there shall be inserted the words " or descriptions of land ".
