F1 under so much of section 13 of the M2Restriction of Ribbon Development Act 1935 as is re-enacted in those subsections) as [F2it has] in relation to land so acquired under section 246 of this Act (or, by virtue of paragraph 17 below, under section 22 of the M3Land Compensation Act 1973).
