Interpretation E+W

13 (1) In this Schedule “the M1 1925 Act” means the [F1 Senior Courts] of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925. E+W

(2) Nothing in this Schedule shall be taken as prejudicing the operation of the provisions of the M2 Interpretation Act 1978 as respects the effect of repeals.
