131 Conveyancing counsel of Supreme Court. E+W

(1) The conveyancing counsel of the Supreme Court shall be [F1 persons who have a 10 year High Court qualification, within the meaning of section 71 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990.]

(2) The conveyancing counsel of the court shall be not more than six, not less than three, in number, and shall be appointed by the Lord Chancellor.
