(1)The conveyancing counsel of the [F1Senior Courts] shall be [F2persons who have a 10 year High Court qualification, within the meaning of section 71 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990.]
(2)The conveyancing counsel of the court shall be not more than six, not less than three, in number, and shall be appointed by the Lord Chancellor [F3with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice].
[F4(3)The Lord Chief Justice may nominate a judicial office holder (as defined in section 109(4) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005) to exercise his functions under this section.]
