5For the purposes of section 9(4) of this Act a conviction for an offence under section 5 of the M1Finance Act 1952, section 2 of the M2Betting Duties Act 1963 (either as originally enacted or as subsequently amended) or section 9 of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1972 shall be deemed to have been a conviction for an offence under section 9 of this Act.
