1E+WIn relation to an order (“the order”) under section 141 of the M1Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (subsection (4) of which provides that an order under that section shall have the same effect as a general vesting declaration) this Act shall have effect subject to the modifications in this Schedule.
