22 In section 16 of the Local Employment Act 1972—

(a) in subsection (1) for " Section 1 of the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) Act 1946" substitute " The Acquisition of Land Act 1981 ",

(b) in subsection (2) for " Act of 1946 " substitute " Act of 1981 ".
