SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Additional Provisions Relating to Constitution, Etc. of CAA

16 U.K. The fixing of the common seal of the CAA shall be authenticated by the signature of the secretary of the CAA or some other person authorised by the CAA to act for that purpose.

17 U.K. A document purporting to be duly executed under the seal of the CAA shall be received in evidence and shall, unless the contrary is proved, be deemed to be so executed.
