SCHEDULE 6 U.K. Modifications of Schedule 6 to the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972

4 U.K. For paragraph 1 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“1 An application by the Civil Aviation Authority [F1 or a person who holds a licence under Chapter I of Part I of the Transport Act 2000 (“a licence holder”)]to the Secretary of State for a vesting order shall be in the prescribed form.”.
