35 U.K. In Schedule 1 to the Juries Act 1974 (persons ineligible for or disqualified from jury service)—

(a) in Part I, in the entry beginning “governors, chaplains,", for the words “borstal institution" there shall be substituted the words “youth custody centre"; and

(b) in Part II—

(i) in sub-paragraph (a) for the words “or for a term of five years or more" there shall be substituted the words “, custody for life or to a term of imprisonment or youth custody of five years or more"; . . . F1
