193 Personation and other voting offences. U.K.

In relation to municipal elections in the City—

(a) in sections 60 [F1 , 61 and 62A] above “vote” does not include voting otherwise than on a poll; and

(b) in section 61(2), paragraph (a)(ii) does not apply.
