(b) sections 30(1) and (2), 41(1) and (2) and 42(1) and (2) of the M2 Children Act 1975; and

(c) sections 27(1) and (2), 28(1) and (2), 29(1) and (2) and 30(1)(a) and (b) of the M3 Adoption Act 1976.]
