[F16E+W+SIn section 128(1)(b) of the Mental Health Act 1959 (sexual intercourse with patients) for the words from “home” to the end of the subsection there shall be substituted the words “care home within the meaning of Part I of Schedule 4 to the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act 1983”.]
