Medical Act 1983

9 U.K. In section 37(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 for the definition of “doctor” there shall be substituted—

““doctor” means a registered medical practitioner within the meaning of Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978”.
