14U.K.M1Nothing in the transfer of functions which was effected by section 15(7) of the 1978 Act shall be taken to affect the validity of the Period of Employment as House Officers Regulations 1951 and any order approving those regulations may be varied or revoked as if the regulations had been made by the Education Committee.
