4The repeal of section 4 of the 1978 Act by this Act shall not affect the operation of Articles 2(d) and 3 of the [S.I. 1979/289.] Irish Republic (Termination of 1927 Agreement) Order 1979 but after the commencement of this Act, except where the context otherwise requires, the references in those Articles to provisions of the 1956 Act shall have effect as references to the corresponding provisions of this Act.
