[F3(1)]Schedule 3A to this Act (which makes provision about appeals against registration [F4and training] decisions) shall have effect.]
[F5(2)The General Council may by regulations make provision with respect to the charging of fees in connection with appeals under Schedule 3A.
(3)Regulations under subsection (2) may provide for the charging of different fees in different cases and may provide that fees shall not be chargeable in cases prescribed by the regulations.]
