81 In section 3 of the [1981 c. 68.] Broadcasting Act 1981 (powers of the IBA)—

(a) in subsection (1) (c), for the words " British Telecommunications " there shall be substituted the words " operators of telecommunications code systems "; and

(b) in subsection (7), for the words " section 15 of the [1981 c. 38.] British Telecommunications Act 1981 " there shall be substituted the words " section 7 of the Telecommunications Act 1984 ".
