SCHEDULE 5 U.K. General Transitional Provisions and Savings

Part I U.K. Provisions and Savings coming into force on Appointed Day

19 Subject to paragraph 50 below, nothing in this Act shall affect the operation of any order under section 6 of the M1 Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975 (valuation by formula of certain lands and heritages) which applies in relation to lands and heritages occupied by British Telecommunications and is effective on the appointed day.
