SCHEDULE 5E+W+S Buildings in Relation to Which a Secretary of State is the Appropriate Authority for the Purposes of Section 74

1. A building owned by a person authorised by or in persuance of any enactment to carry on any railway, road transport dock or harbour undertakingThe Secretary of State for Transport.
2. A building owned by a person authorised by or in pursuance of any enactment to carry on any canal or inland navigation undertakingThe Secretary of State for the Environment.
3. A building owned by electricity or gas undertakers or the National Coal BoardThe Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.
