SCHEDULE 6 E+W+S Speed Limits for Vehicles of Certain Classes

Part IV E+W+S Application and Interpretation

4 [F1 (1) A vehicle falling in two or more classes specified in Part I, II or III of this Schedule shall be treated as falling within the class for which the lower or lowest speed limit is specified.] E+W+S

[F2 (2) A vehicle falling in the class specified in item 6 in Part III shall be treated as falling in that class (and not as also falling in any other class).]
