62 U.K. In subsection (2) of section 8 of the Rent (Agriculture, Act 1976 (restriction on levy of distress for rent) for the words “section 137 of the M1 County Courts Act 1959” there shall be substituted the words “section 102 of the County Courts Act 1984”.
