37Appointment of veterinary inspectors
The functions of veterinary inspectors under any enactments relating to milk or to dairies shall, in accordance with directions given by the Minister, be discharged by veterinary inspectors appointed for the purpose by him under section 5 of the [1889 c. 30.] Board of Agriculture Act 1889.
