24 Exclusion of National Audit Act 1983F1E+W
London Regional Transport shall not be subject to investigation by the Comptroller and Auditor General under section 7 of the M1National Audit Act 1983 (examinations into the economy, efficiency and effectiveness with which bodies mainly supported by public funds use their resources in discharging their functions); and accordingly, in Schedule 4 to that Act (which lists authorities and bodies exempt from investigation under that section) the words “London Regional Transport” shall be inserted at the appropriate place in alphabetical order.
